You can make any ordinary shower a chance to really refresh and relax by a few simple steps. #1 Give yourself more time. #2 Buy some foot softeners, fancy soaps, nice loofah, and scented lotions to pamper yourself. Doesn’t have to be expensive, it can be from the 99 cent store, you’d be amazed what they have there! #3 Really take some time to relax and enjoy this time off. Afterwards, lie down for a few minutes, savoring the time out. Then perhaps take a break and have a nice glass of green tea or water with lemon like they do in a fancy spa. It doesn’t take a lot of money to turn a quick shower into a spa experience. Savor the experience ... life is stressful enough, we can all use a break!

She answered, and I got the press pass. So just give it one more shot if it’s something that is important to you.
